Eargo - Great service by Alex

I sent my right Eargo back, because the Barber cut my string off. I call shipping dept. waited 4 days then call back they told me they had no record of me calling. So I call Alexandra Austin she was great she had the hearing aid to me the next day Thank you Alex. Mike Burrell

Eargo - Beep,beep,beep in left ear. Purchased in September 2017.

I have talked to Eargo customer no-service several times. Told to switch the left to right device in charger, told to clean with an eraser,or alcohol. Nothing has worked. I have a red light on the charger. I can have a replacement for $399.00. The frustrating thing is, there is no Corporate email to reach anyone of importance. I paid $2000.00, got a little over a year's use. Also, my Eargo's ( new ones cost $1400.00 now, as they are offering new and improved) they should deduct the cost of a replacement and send it for the $500.00 price i paid, instead of charging for a replacement. Very dissatisfied with this Company,for their lack of compassion for Senior Citizens. AJ LeClair

Eargo - Poor upgrade offer

I have had my Eargos for 6 months and today they announced the new model. I called and they do not offer any special deal to upgrade if your Eargos are still under warranty. They do offer anyone who bought previously a $500 discount. This is pretty sad, since they seem to offer discounts on their site on a regular basis. They need to treat their current customers much better. If still under warranty, A $500 or even a $750 price for an upgrade sounds fair. Paying over $2000 to upgrade is not the way to treat loyal customers.
